Veterinary Physiotherapy Services

Veterinary physiotherapy sessions for both equines and canines include:

• A full history taken

• Discuss short-term and long-term goals for your animal

• Static and dynamic assessment including palpation of soft tissues and joint range of motion

• Massage

• Stretching

• Electrotherapy

• Prescription of remedial exercises for you to carry out at home between veterinary physiotherapy treatments


All patients are required to be clean and dry for their veterinary physiotherapy sessions.


Equine Patients – please note, it is advised for horses not to be ridden for 48 hours following a veterinary physiotherapy session. This is due to lethargy, stiffness and muscle soreness which may occur following deep tissue work.
